On the 6th of April 2003 a RAF Rescue helicopter had to make in a forced landing in a field near the A19 near Thormanby, Thirsk
Crew unknown but presumed ok.
The helicopter did not shed any debris in the field. I not visited the site.
Does anyone know the helicopters serial no, base or Sqdn?
