Halifax at RAF East Moor.

One minute after LW686 had crashed through the southern fence, this Halifax also returned with the full bomb load intact at 01.06 hrs and overshot the runway and ran through into the over shoot area (Strensall Road ditch got in the way again). The undercarriages collapsed, but the crew were ok.
