Halifax at RAF East Moor.

The Halifax took off at 21.10 hrs the previous night. It returned with the full bomb load intact at 01.05 hrs and overshot the runway and ran through into the over shoot area (Strensall Road ditch got in the way again) after a very fast landing. The undercarriages collapsed, but the crew were ok.
