Various aircraft and gliders at Slingsby's, Kirkbymoorside.

A fire at Slingsby's factory resulted in the loss of a number of aircraft and gliders, although not "lost through crash" I have included them on this list. Press reports state that 44 aircraft were lost, I assume not all were complete fully built aircraft.

This glider was one of the machines destroyed in the fire.
