Unknown near Cayton Bay.

On the morning of the 25th of January 1937 a large two seater RAF aircraft force landed in a stubble field at the Filey side of Cayton Bay. Fog in area was put as the reason for the landing. The aircraft was not damaged or its crew of two injured. It took off in the afternoon when the fog lifted.
