On the 25th of March 1941 this aircraft overshot on landing at Thornaby airfield. Cat R/FA damage was sustained.

The aircraft was built to contract 1485/39 by Rootes Securities at Speke and delivered to the RAF in May 1940. After acceptance it was issued to 15 Sqdn at an unknown date. It was later transferred to 114 Sqdn probably in November 1940, when 15 Sqdn ceased to operate Blenheim IV's. The aircraft was repaired and at a later date was transferred to 1 AGS where it suffered a Cat E2/FA crash on the 21st of August 1943 where after it was struck off charge.
