Longhorn at Redcar.

On the 6th of July 1917 this aircraft was wrecked on landing at Redcar, damage being put at Cat W/FA. (this being the aircraft which may have crashed into N5036, 3440 & 8847 damaging all of them to some extent). It was deleted as beyond economic repair on the 9th of September 1917.

The aircraft was built by Brush E.E. Co. Ltd. at Loughborough and delivered to RNAS Redcar by transport on the 15th of November 1916. Assembled, tested and accepted on 11.01.17.
