On the 8th of January 1937 the pilot of this aircraft became lost on a navex, he made a forced landing on soft ground and the aircraft overturned, the location not known. Cat R/FA damage being sustained. The aircraft was built to contract 410420/35 by Vickers Ltd at Weybridge and delivered to 9 FTS on 13th March 1936. Following this incident it is believed to have been returned to service and returned to 9 FTS. It suffered another Cat R/FA accident on the 3rd March 1939, again repaired and then allocated to 30 MU on 18th Decemeber 1940 but was damaged on 7th December 1940 whilst still on charge with 9 FTS. It was finally Strcuk off Charge on 20th December 1940.
