On the 6th of December 1945 the starboard undercarriage of this aircraft gave way on landing at Thornaby, the aircraft sustained damage. It was reported that a number of heavy landings in this aircraft had caused a bearing to fail, which caused the leg to fail when pressure was put on it.

HG184 never served with this squadron, the serial is possibly incorrect.
