This aircraft was built by British Caudron Co.Ltd of Hendon and delivered to AAP Hendon on the 6th of May 1916 where
it was tested and accepted on the 10th May 1916, the next day it was transferred up to RNAS Redcar where it arrived on the 14th of May
and entered service with their Flying School. On the 20th of October 1916 this aircraft suffered engine failure,
its tail was damaged in a force-landing at Redcar damaging it to Cat R/FA, following repaired it returned to service with the Flying School.
On the 23rd of December 1916 this aircraft was wrecked when it crashed on landing at Redcar, the pilot survived but suffered from shock.
Following assessment it was deemed beyond economic repair and deleted on the 19th January 1917.
