On the 21st of August 1916 this aircraft was damaged on landing at Redcar sustaining Car R/FA damage. There is no record of it being repaired and it was deleted some time later on
the 4th of May 1917.
The aircraft was built by Bleriot's and was transported to the UK where it arrived at RNAS HDF Scarborough on the 5th of July 1915.
It first flew on the 26th of July 1915. It was then subjected to a major overhaul and was later tested successfully on the 13th of October 1915.
It was then moved between RNAS Hornes / Atwick and RNAS Scarborough on a regular basis, ending up at Scarborough for the final time in early December 1915.
On 17th March 1916 it was transferred up to RNAS Redcar

The pilot lost his life on 12 October 1917 and is buried at Larchwood Cemetery, Ieper, Belgium. He was 19 years old.
