On the 5th of February 1916 this aircraft was damaged in a landing at Redcar, sustaining Cat W/FA damage. As a result it was deleted as "completely wrecked" on 1st March 1916. It was built by Bleriot and shipped to the UK, arriving at Redcar on the 7th of August 1915.
