On the 18th of February 1916 this aircraft nose dived into the ground at Redcar and was wrecked. Damage was put at Cat W/FA. The aircraft was assessed and deleted beyond economic repair on the 11th of March 1916. The aircraft had been built by Bleriot and arrived at Redcar on the 9th of July 1915.
